By international standard shipping package.
- Normally, our products are in stock, orders would be sent out from our warehouse within 4-9 working days after your payment is verified by Aliexpress.
- In case of any hot products are temporarily out of stock, the shipping time would be longer than expected. We will contact you as soon as possible to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.
- The shipping rates include cost of shipping, handling, packing and related manpower, but not import tax. Some shipping way only support to ship parcel in buyer local nearest pick up section.
- Delivery time are very different by shipping ways you chosen in the order. Below is part of shipping explanation:
Post Air Mail or Parcel: shipping time is quite different to various areas, even in same location. Specially in rush season, some areas would take more than 2 months, even 4 months to deliver parcel. Please understand, it is Post air real situation.
China Post Ordinary Plus/ Post Finland Economy: is only have collected and Delivery online information, no tracking during the way.
SPSR: in some areas need customer pick up parcel in SPSR section. Russia have more than 900 picking-up section for customer easy pick up parcel within 260 cities.
Most express are take 7-15 days to deliver parcel, faster than post, but also expensive.
- If you have not received parcel in a long time after we sent parcel, please contact us without hesitate.. Our customer service will solve your problem very soon.
Return & Exchange Policy
- If products are detected as damaged or out of working when you received, please contact us within 7 days after receipt to obtain our return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will replace it or refund in time after confirmation by negotiation.
- Please notify us when you prepare send return out, we will provide detailed instruction delivery address.
- Please check product immediately when received. Once any damaged was found, please ask Damage Report from shipping company. We will need document to shipping company refund.
- Import tax is not included in payment, it is buyer’s responsibility. Import tax don’t occur for each parcel, but possible and different by country to country.
- We would like to cooperate buyers to custom clearance, like documents, certificated, and other demands from customs.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
